Elections

Board members are elected to three-year over-lapping terms at the annual meeting.

Requirements:

  • Owner of property in Crane's Landing

  • In good standing - up to date on all dues/assessments

  • Able to attend bi-monthly Board meetings (1st Wednesday of odd-numbered months)

Crane's Landing Home Owners Association has contracted with Mosaic Property Management to provide superior service for our community. When reaching out with concerns these will immediately be addressed with Mosaic Property Management and then further reviewed with the HOA Board members.
